PREGNANCY, BIRTH, & POSTPARTUM

-Pregnancy Visit 1: Birth physiology & interventions (2 hours)

-Pregnancy Visit 2: Preparing for your specific birth; scheduled for weeks 30 (1 hour)

-Pregnancy Visit 3: Postpartum 0rientation and set up; scheduled for week 35 (1 hour)

-On call from week 38- week 42; continous labor support

-Monday’s Postpartum Visits (4x) : laundry pick up, kitchen and living room tidy and deep clean (1 hour)

-Tuesday’s Postpartum Visits (4x): laundry return, snack refill, bathroom deep clean (1 hour)

BIRTH ONLY

-On call from week 38-week 42; continuous labor support
